Homes and Designers Needed for the 17th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes

Woodstock & Canton, GA, November 9-10, 2013: On the second weekend of November (11/9/2013-11/10/2013), the Junior Service League of Woodstock is hosting its 17th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes. The self-guided tour will feature exquisite homes in Woodstock and Canton, professionally decorated by local designers, for the holiday season. All proceeds and sponsorship donations of the Tour will benefit the lives of needy citizens in Cherokee County.

For Designers and Homeowners: This is a chance to showcase your talents and your homes by allowing people to see the detail you use in your designs and the pride you take in your home first-hand on a self-guided tour. The League is currently looking for creative, talented designers to bring their unique perspectives to the Tour. Think of it as an open house for your design firm and a chance to really display what you’re capable of to both the homeowners and the patrons of the tour. Homeowners are afforded this unique opportunity to basically host a party without all the fuss! This is an irreplaceable opportunity for you to share your intricately decorated home with fellow residents, so they can take delight in the spectacular furnishings and décor that bring you enjoyment every day.

Since the Tours inception in 1997, JSL has raised over $330,000 and benefited a wide variety of Cherokee County charities including MUST Ministries, BEATS, Georgia Canines for Independence, Meals on Wheels, Timothy’s Cupboard, Goshen Valley Boys Ranch, Never Alone, Papa’s Pantry, Bethesda Community Clinic, Cherokee Family Violence Center, Cherokee FOCUS, Parent to Parent, and many more.
