Highway 20 Improvements Open House is Tonight
Here is what's happening today in Canton and Cherokee County.
Cherokee County residents can make the drive to a church in Ball Ground tonight to learn all about proposed improvements to S.R. 20.
The Georgia Department of Transportation will host a public input session at Calvary Baptist Church at 137 Hightower Road in Ball Ground on plans to improve the thoroughfare between Interstate 575 in Canton and S.R. 400 in Cumming.
Residents can drop in and review the proposals tonight between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. There will be no formal presentations.
If you can't make the presentations, but would want to add your voice to the proposals, visit GDOT's website on S.R. 20 improvements or take part in its online survey.
