Fall Festival, Trunk-or-Treat Today in Canton

We have a quick peek at what is going on today in Canton.

Canton residents who want to celebrate Halloween a day early can participate in Canton First United Methodist Church's Fall Festival and Truck-or-Treat

The event, put on by the church's Children's Ministry, will be held tonight between 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the big parking lot in the church. The church is at 930 Lower Scott Mill Road.

Along with candy and music, children will be able to partake in crafts, a photo booth, a crazy hair station and games. Also on hand will be Christmas bow pre sales, classic cars and inflatables.

There will also be prizes for the best-decorated truck, carved pumpkin and an opportunity to win prizes for those who bring a bag of canned food for the "It's Scary to be Hungry" campaign or donate money to the SLAM! mission project.

For information, call Canton First United Methodist Church at (770) 479-2502.
