The Cherokee County Friends of the Library are hosting a book sale at the R. T. Jones Memorial Library, 116 Brown Industrial Parkway, Canton, on Friday, January 25th from 10:00am until 5:00pm and Saturday, January 26th from 10:00am until 4:00p.
A preview sale for Friends members is scheduled for Thursday, January 24th from 4:00pm until 6:00pm. Annual memberships are available at the door for $15.00.
Fiction and non-fiction paperback and hardback books are $.50 and $1.00, respectively, with specialty books from $2.00 and up. Children’s books are $.10 up to $1.00. Videos, DVDs, CD, audio books, and cassettes start at $.50. All proceeds from the sale go to the library to purchase books and library materials.
