Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It's the first I've heard of it.

Thanks, Kristal. Last we heard, there is supposed to be some type of hearing involving the occupant Read Morebefore Judge Cannon on Monday, March 31. That might be worth looking into, and a number of residents of GP are planning to attend, as well.

If someone sees an explanation of what happened to the mug shots, please comment on this post. That Read Morehad become my only interest on this site in the recent past. This is not a very user friendly website anyway, so I had hoped they were just listed under another section. No luck. Oh, and if there is another site you know of that posts our local County mug shots, please post it also so we can catch up. Thanks.

Such a shame! Additionally, does anybody even care that the city is now paying double cost for theRead MoreC ity Manager? When Mayor Pruett let his manager go he stepped up and did the job for no pay until a replacement was found. Compare that to the raw deal we are getting now.

To Revolution Church and all their volunteers, thank you so much for opening your doors on TuesdayRead Moren ight. I had endured being stuck on Hwy 20 for hours when one of your volunteers (angel) let me know that your church was open as a shelter. Everyone there was wonderfully helpful with food and hot beverages and a warm and safe place to rest. I will be forever grateful to all of you.

Why are you blaming the government? Its not their fault the weather turned bad. You had as muchRead Moreacce ss as they did.
Allah Tabul January 30, 2014 at 12:21 PM
The imminent winter storm was known by anyone who paid attention on early Tuesday morning. TheRead Moregove rnor, ga DOT, mayor, and school boards are either clueless or willfully ignored the impending storm. Either way, all should resign or be terminated immediately for gross incompetence. Boom shakalaka Amen!

Well said Tommy. We don't need the nanny state. We shouldn't need nor WANT the government to tell Read Moreus when it's a good idea to stay home off the roads, etc. Sure, the government was a bit late salting the roads - but this is GA not CT. We don't have 1000's of salt trucks, and our resources are limited. Do you want to pay more taxes for trucks and salt that may not be needed? This event was a personal responsibility issue - not a government one.

ALLAH went and read all your trolling ways. Shame on you

Do not cast shame upon me, infidel. I do not troll but instead speak only the truth. AsRead MoreMohammed is my witness, I promise you this: I will not waste one second of His time reading any of your previous posts, Mr. Akins. Boom shakalaka Amen!
