Our town is full of heroes. From the soldier returning home to the school teacher who buys supplies with her own money, there are many people who deserve recognition.

We at Modern Woodmen would like to say "thank you" to a few of our local community heroes. If you know someone that is always doing something for other people, trying to make their lives more enjoyable, we would like to honor them and present them with a $100 donation to the charity of their choice. As a fraternal benefit society, Modern Woodmen is dedicated to improving the quality of life for families and communities. The Hometown Heroes Program gives Modern Woodmen a chance to recognize others in the community who strive to do the same thing through volunteerism or an act of bravery.
