The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Canton and other parts of north Georgia.
A mixture of freezing rain, sleet and snow is possible overnight.
Travel could become hazardous, particularly across bridges and overpasses.
The advisory will be in effect until 8 a.m. Friday.
