The new Starbucks is a great place to celebrate with your sweetheart! They're at I-575 & Hwy 20 (Exit 19) and open now, weekdays from 5am to 11pm!

The best place to celebrate is with the ones you love. The whole VDay holiday is a made up Hallmark card holiday to make money. If you have someone that you love, you shouldnt have to wait for one day a year to be nice or do sweet things for them. The thing that makes love strong is the consistent and constant show of love for your better half.

Besides being commercial, the official Feast Day of Saint Valentine is a celebration day dating back to the High Middle Ages, both cultural and Christian, of love and affection. St. Valentine's Day began as a liturgical celebration of one or more early Christian saints named Valentinus. The most popular martyrology associated with Saint Valentine was that he was imprisoned for performing weddings for soldiers who were forbidden to marry and for ministering to Christians, who were persecuted under the Roman Empire. Some say that worldwide, it is the second most celebrated holiday around the world, second to New Year's Day.
