Taste the Flavor of Canton
The 11th Annual Taste of Canton begins at 5 p.m. Thursday at Cannon Park.
Goin' Coastal will be one of the featured restaurants. The popular Downtown Canton eatery serves dishes like this: seared scallops over roasted red pepper beurre blanc, topped with homemade pesto sauce.

Sample the specialties of 20 of the city's best restaurants at the 11th Annual Taste of Canton.
"The Taste is a perennial favorite with the community," said Ginger Garrard, director of Canton's Main Street Program. "Last year 3,000 people attended."
This year's installment of the Taste begins at 5 p.m. Thursday at Downtown Canton's Cannon Park.
Tickets are 50¢ each. Tastings will cost anywhere from one to three tickets.
