5. The Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Breakfast, which has been held at Allen Temple AME Church in Woodstock since 1999, is moving to Canton. The breakfast will be held Jan. 14 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Northside Hospital-Cherokee Conference Center, 1130 Bluffs Pkwy. The keynote speaker will be Mark Hayes, co-host of Fox 5's Good Day Atlanta. The emcee will be Ebony Steele of the nationally syndicated Rickey Smiley Morning Show.
