Fill in the Blank

What should go in the building that once housed the Cherokee County Administration Building? Tell us in the comment box at the bottom of this photo.

Cherokee County moved its administrative offices from downtown Canton to the Bluffs in 2008.

The building, which is located across from the Cherokee County Justice Center, has been vacant ever since.

So what should take its place, Canton-Sixes Patch readers? Let us know in the comment box at the bottom of this file.

Thanks for the suggestion, kaseyray! I'd really like to see something that would give people a reason to want to come to downtown on a regular basis so that they can see all of the businesses that the city has to offer. There's no coffee shop, no major retailer and nothing in terms of nightlife. Woodstock seems to offer that eclectic mix in its downtown corridor. Canton, I think, could learn some valuable lessons from our neighbors up the road.
