1. The Canton Police Department needs your help. Detectives are attempting to identify the men in the attached photo. They are suspects in a felony electronics theft from the Canton Walmart. Please call 770-720-4883 or 678-493-4080 with any information.

2. Canton Mayor Gene Hobgood said Thursday night that he will "likely" veto an ordinance that could potentially shift some of the cost of fire services to elderly residents who have enjoyed a decade of voter-approved tax exemptions.

3. Thursday, Cherokee County Sheriff's Office investigators were still at the scene of a Ball Ground fire that killed three people. They spent the day "sifting through the debris for any evidence," Lt. Jay Baker said. Autopsies on all three bodies were scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday morning. 4. Chattahoochee Technical College announced Thursday the addition of its non-credit phlebotomy and certified nursing assistant programs at the college’s Canton campus. This fall will also mark the first classes in the college’s new Clinical Laboratory Technology Program
