Ramona Ann Setser of Holly Springs, arrested on Oct. 30 for two counts of possession of controlled substances, one count each of possession of Schedule II, III and IV drugs, and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Many innocent folks are arrested, why don't they just publish the photos of those who have been convicted?
