I was thinking the roughly the same thing, but were they bringing the weed here, taking it back to Alabama, or just passing through? We'll likely never know, but the more interesting capers I see in the mugs always make me wish for some follow-up reportage.

I have reached out to the Cherokee Sheriff's Office about the Alabamans. My question was passed along to the Cherokee Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad (CMANS) and I hope I will have something to report on the group either today or tomorrow.
