Arrest Made in Lakeview Drive Shooting
A Canton man has been arrested for allegedly shooting his brother-in-law in the chest Wednesday afternoon.

Heriberto Munoz-Juarez, 32, was arrested Thursday by detectives on suspicion of shooting his brother-in-law, Hector Hernandez, 30.

The Canton Police Department has made an arrest in the shooting of a man during a family dispute on Lakeview Drive Wednesday morning, according to the department.
According to a department press release, Heriberto Munoz-Juarez, 32, was arrested Thursday by detectives on suspicion of shooting his brother-in-law, Hector Hernandez, 30. Hernandez suffered a gunshot wound to the upper chest and underwent surgery at WellStar Kennestone Hospital. According to the department, Hernandez is currently in stable condition.
